At J&J Yard & Home Services, we strive to provide high-quality work and ensure customer satisfaction. Because our services involve labor and completed work on your property, refunds are generally not provided once a job has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of a service, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to address the issue and find a fair solution.For any cancellations, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. If a deposit was required for your service, it may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the job and any materials or time already invested.Refunds or partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a service was not completed as agreed. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed.
